I would expext that you will be one of many who do not take up Blossomvale offer. If Blossomvale (BV)do not reach the required take over target, BV may increase their offer to attract more NMS share holders or they may simply become a substantial share holder. Share holders of NMS do not have to take up the offer of BV if they believe that it undervalues their share holding or if they believe a better offer may be around the corner.
