    In Geelong this morning, Rudd had this to say;

    Flanked by Bill Shorten, Mr Rudd said;

    "We are in the building business. That's what Australian Labor governments do," Mr Rudd said.

    "Mr Abbott, he's in the tearing down business. That's what
    Liberal governments do."

    On the coalition's national broadband network plan, he said rich people would get highest speed but not poor people.

    Does that mean that under Rudd, everyone will be equally poor or equally rich? Because obviously there will be one or the other, not both.

    Without any rich people I guess that leaves the poor to do the employing.
