Funding will come from OrbiMed ROS, it will be debtor-in-possession which is that they jump the queue, the result will be less risk for OrbiMed than other lenders, they don't take over the company.
Second OrbiMed will be all over UNILIFE making sure costs and structure are correct.
No need to jump ship - just my opinion!
Now back to the future of WI -its got a big future - hopefully we can be part of it.
