If I'm not mistaken, holders of more than 400,000,000 shares did not participate in the vote !
So it’s a very, very small victory for Tonkin! What will happen now ?
As part of this scam, will the conversion be automatic for all shareholders or will there be a compulsory offer in the future for those who have kept their shares ? Compulsory offer which is often more interesting than the offer initially proposed !
