will promote more home grown production and hopefully more jobs of better income. America has a lot of consumerism and if they can satisfy their own needs rather than buying off china there is a a short to medium term gain from this that profit making companies will go after.
the tarrifs also stop dumping of products and resources by low cost countries which may put higher prices on inputs but also takes away reliance on strategic items or skills.
hopefully its good for SYR holders. surely we are at the bottom of where this company can be worth and deliver.
