On Page 4 of the merger scheme memorandum [225p doc] key dates are as follows:
. June16 @ 2:00pm - Scheme meeting for ZFX SHs
. June20 - Court hearing for approval of 'the Scheme'
. June20 - effective last day of trading in ZFX shares
. June23 - new shares commence trading on a settlement basis
. June26 @ 7pm - Scheme Record Date for determining entitlements for consideration
. July1 - implementation of 'the Scheme'
. July4 - Despatch of transaction confirmation statements for new shares & copies of Merged Group Gen Meet notices
. July4 - last day of deferred settlement trading for new shares
. July7 - new shares commence trading on a normal settlement basis on the ASX
July18 - Merged Group Gen Meet @ 2:30pm
