the counter view is that you’re making assumptions and have no idea on the companies full plan, its structure and timespans involved and you’re isolating one aspect of your own ideas, not that of any particular announcement!
The question is why post what’, ifs or when’s - are you just thinking out aloud to introduce personal assumptions?
There are several ways to create financial liquidity without doing what you’re assuming so let’s not try to convince anybody that this can only go one way. It doesn’t sound like you want anyone else’s thoughts, just wanted to introduce your own ‘worry/theory’. It’s introducing negativity well ahead of context, if’s and when’s.
