One of the major factors in what price action we will see will be who the Strategic Partner is. I am assuming that the partner is a current industry player in the USA (I hope)
The deal may well cause a short term correction back to the issue price but if the partner is the right one and it is combined with a USA listing the it will be short lived I think.
