From the interview it seemed certain theyd fund the $800m 50% each debt/equity. A govt loan at concessional rates would be good!
re Dilution... it's only "dilution" that matters to us if the shares are issued at less than mkt value. If no discount, we are not disadvantaged at all, unless we think our piddlibg 1-2m shares makes a voting difference! ie, new shares issued, but a ton of money in the door at current share price means our shares are theoretically worth exactly same as before the issue.
