what will happen when rail is announced?

    I belive a rail deal was almost concluded a month or two ago when the WNI takeover got marjority control and negotiations stopped.

    I beleive that negotiations have recommenced and that an announcement of an agreement is likely in the next few months.

    If an announcement does come out what are your views of the reaction of the shareprice to the news?
