Investors should not have to contact the company for information wonderfunk. Management have a duty to ensure that all market participants have equal and fair access to critical information.
There is an obvious danger for all investors if one investor (or a small number of investors) have exclusive access to information. It seems to me that MUN's management have been a little too reluctant to keep the market as a whole fully informed.
