Support/resistance lines are interesting. There's an old saying: When looking for support/resistance - look to the left-hand side of the chart not the right-hand side.
Nice little support/resistance formed backed in October, 2006 around the .35 cent mark. That's about 9 months ago. Some gestation period???? :-)
Looks like that could be very significant.
