In todays Fin Review it mentions that MFS has put a proposal to Centro about taking over the management of the trusts. There would be plenty of other fund managers salivating at the chance to manage CER, so it will live on no matter what happens to CNP.
NTA of $1.90, gearing levels at around 60% (Not tiered debt like CNP) at current prices this is a gimme.
