From what i know CER owns its own property and managers all of CNPs property. CER is not as leveraged as CNP and should be able to refinance their properties. I have been told that if this goes under then the current share price is less than the asset value so if sold off in a fire sale shareholders will get at least if not a lot more than the current share value. Even so its a disaster for those that have held these stocks at higher levels.
