Can't see IGO making a move on PAN yet for 2 reasons.

1. They don't have a permanent CEO as yet ( my pick is that they are waiting for Andrew Cole from OZL to be freed up)
2. They don't need to at this stage as they already own a large slug of it. There's still some risk with the up-rumping of production.

But I agree that there is market sentiment moving it higher on the back of MCR.

Slightly odd that PAN didn't really move until yesterday.
