Not a lot of obvious synergies, and I am wary of any expectation that IGO could procure any of the major cost items significantly cheaper. Diesel? Labour? Shipping?
Often it’s the smaller more focussed companies that actually manage to operate smaller or marginal mines more cost effectively than the larger ones.
Just my authentically amateur view.
