I believe that centro is in the process of selling some assets hence why staff are being shuffled from an operational perspective gearing up for the sale of some assets, Centros running costs have also recently increased due to the booster in staff wages to keep some key players. In the past Centro employees were paid a little lower then industry standards as they were topped up with a share payback incentive which is obviously not attractive at this point. Assets are obviously needed to be sold for a reasonable LVR but interested investors will be preying on this like hawks hoping to snap up a bargain which is not beneficial for Centro, this is why wise sales must take place so that Centro can get a real value sale on assets and secure their funds.
