    I maintain my view that the sp is deliberately driven down and suppressed to this ridiculously low level despite all the recent positive announcements. IMO, sp is irrelevant to offtake deals. Is a low ball JV or TO (more likely) coming?

    I hope CAY Board is capable of protecting shareholders' interest.
