It all just seems fishy to me.
If I sold a house for $1000 000 and then the next year I had the opportunity to buy it back for $80 000, id be mad if I didn't right? Especially if I knew that I could sell it again for $1000 000. I wouldnt just say no because I owned 10 other houses.
That is why I'm finding it hard to get my head around what is happening here. If there is a legitimate pipeline and if projects are only delayed then an SP of only 19c or 50c or 80c or $1 would prove to be astronomically cheap wouldn't it? So why would any director not just snap this amazing opportunity up?
On face value and if you were to believe in the pipeline and the growth story then 19c is almost a once in a lifetime opportunity. But is it?
