@Mickman, its not a simple as you are implying. Directors and management are privy to inside information. They are not able to simply buy when they want to. They have to have at least 2 weeks of no material information coming out, and then they need to provide a cleansing statement. These statements can often upset the negotiation process.

So as much as it make sense to think that they should be buying at 19c with their ears pinned back, its just not that simple.
