The chart actually comes from The Wall Street Journal, which included it in a "what now" article for homeowners who may still want to refinance -- all 10 or 15 of them, I guess.
"What now?" is indeed a good question, but we would expand it into a better one: WHAT will keep the economy afloat NOW?
