I doubt atm growth is an issue here but as you say demonstrating growth of revenues from other sources is a key factor.
Bit more on the maiden dividend will also prick ears up!
They have gone from strength to strength consistently so it shouldn't be too long before they get a rerating and hopefully the makings of which will come out next Wed.
