Yes there yes a high probability of news before the end of the quarter.
PLS expects the funding to be finalised by the end of the quarter. "expects" is the key word here.
We currently have a contract for engineering, procurement and construction worth about $140 million and we have $80 million in the bank. No worries with the engineering and procurement costs. But, IMO, no one would want to start construction when there's at least a $60 million short fall and also need continguency money as well.
If we want a plant commissioned by the end of 2017, then the clock is ticking and the task of meeting the deadline is getting harder by the day.
If PLS pulls the funding rabbit out of the hat by end of March then happy days for the share price.
If not, then we will once again see the low 40's until they do.
Slightly frustrated but holding firm.
