It looks like the sudden surge of interest in the auction of Friday may have been short term traders hedging that the company may slip out an announcement before this mornings open, and when this didn't appear before open or in the first minutes of trading they have sold/shorted the positions they took on Friday resulting in the SP trading back at levels where it was most of Friday. All IMO.
