i suppose because mitsubishi are only really interested in the logical compondent of the deal , the two main parts that go together hand in hand are the rail and JH, you cant really have one without the other if you are going to sell it, weld range is just a trimming on the edge, alot of people didnt even know it was part of crosslands even though its on their website.
If the chinese were to poke their heads in you would imagine that they would probably see if they could get weld range thrown in on the deal for a few extra dollars, they are after the ore part of the deal more than than the logicall part i would imagine
