Extremely hard to price at the moment, will be much more accurate after the first few wells have been flow tested. But like I said before, the land value alone of ggp's permain holding is worth more than ggp's current market cap which tells me that even if permain was ggp's only holding it is still undervalued...
Permain land value $3500 per acre multiplied by 8800 acres = $30,800,000
If their holding turns out to be a sweet spot then it could be worth much much more... This could go anywhere in the next six to twelve months but I don't think 3 to 5 cents is out of the question before Christmas...
