let me give you 2 tips
1. buy low, sell high
2. keep some core holdings, have some trading stock.

You watch this stock, an announcement and volume sends it soaring % wise, then it falls back. It is not a lot different to a lot of junior explorers (See Legacy) in that regard or dodgy IT stocks (see MMZ).

In the ST, buy some trading stock when it is low, sell them into the rally and buy them back again. Your core holding should soon end up costing you nothing.

In the LT, you could actually accumulate more as there is little doubt these guys know what they are doing and their product is proving itself. It wont be long before they are cashflow positive and IMO before they do a deal with a large pharmaceutical or biotech.
