1PG don't have to "get" a piece of software into a business, it's simply a web based portal.

I saw an interesting article the other day that said LinkedIn was the most hated online social platform. I can't imagine they will endear themselves any further with referral queries as well.

In any case competition is good and demonstrates 1PG are onto something.
