Is it proven reserve?, or the off-take agreement? I don't think they are big deals.

The reserve is there, just need to convert it from resources.

Off-take agreement? Not necessary. You can sell your products on spot

IMO, the completion of project finance is the key.

The worst case situation is shareholder finance it.

$60m is all we need. Just need to issue 300m shares at 20c each.

Or find a way to jack up the share price to 30c+ and only need to issue 200m shares at 30c each.

The case follow on fully diluted basis is about 15c per share...

I guess this is the way to go. I believe it is pretty hard to get finance for a 4 years mining life.
