If you search back through the company news you'll find a few months ago an independent report that valued the company at 2.5c/share (from memory, it might have been higher, but wasn't lower, because I remember being pleased that the valuation was higher than my purchase price, which was 2.4c). But that was before any contracts were signed. So presumably a value of around 3c would be fair, and reflect the certainty of the fact that contracts have been signed.
