What will Neu with surplus funds ??

I wonder what Neuren is going to do with the surplus funds over the next 12 months .Here are some of the relevant .facts (approx).
1. Current cash at bank $40 million .
2. Milestone of $60 million within next 2 months
3. Priority review voucher milestone of $50 million within next 12 months .
4. ROW upfront of say $30 million
5. Tax losses of 100 million of which $60 million relates to previous New Zealand losses ,NZ losses can only be recovered when income is generated in NZ .I am sure the company would have arranged for tax advice on the best way to recover all losses .
6. Other milestones/royalties are difficult to work out as they are subject to sales revenue going forward .
7. Costs for NNZ2591 over the next 12 months should be about $20 million .
8. I am very confident the company would have a strategy on what are the best way to pay any surplus funds to shareholders in the coming year whether they are unfranked dividends ,franked dividends ,buybacks etc .
