Jon and Patrick were recently asked about dividends and they noted unlikely.

No exact time frame given, however I assumed they wanted to keep as much cash on hand around 2591 ph 2 read outs, I assume to demonstrate they could go alone if need be for ph 3.

There will be either a TO or partnering for 2591 in next 6-12 months as they want to move quickly to ph 3 trail, so I assume dividend may be reviewed again perhaps after partnering for 2591 should it happen, if so upfront could be very large couple, hundred million perhaps if all 4 indications get up….. perhaps dividends would be paid at this point due to bulk amount of cash and that there is no more heavy lifting to be done….
