Think of it from an international perspective, not sure how many investors of PNA are from overseas but here's an example
100,000 PNA bought in mid July 2008 for 90c..AUD 95c vs USD...this would have been worth equivalent 85.5c USD per share back then.

Those same 100,000 shares are worth 36c at 68c vs USD...
24.5c USD....foreign investors having been getting hammered by both the the falling dollar and share price.
