Warnie, I checked out a couple of suburbs on the rpdata site today....gives a ton of info...for free if you go there from the cba home loan site...
3 suburbs...each had over 30% outright ownership....no mortgage....they were what I term struggler suburbs...eg Melton..
so much hypertheticals....what ifs, etc....scary stories, about massive mortgages, that would not qualify based on the income figures....
