Gaining market share in the U.S is the key which has improved every quarter since inception according to Neilson data.
Personally I am not concerned with profitability in the short term. Why make a 1-2 million profit now when investing for growth will result in much larger profits down the track. Besides, once we gain enough market share one of the big confectionary companies will try swoop in and purchase us.
The management team we have now is high calibre. Wayne is the only one we all seem to have an issue with and his remuneration.
Traction in Australia will be a huge positive also.
I would like to see management spend big on marketing, our last marketing campaign showed 103% same store growth rates. Why not see what would happen with a nationwide campaign?
