I think why the NUCORE deal fell through was quite simple really. There was a min and max value assigned which looks like it isn't going to be reached for some time. The 15 million dollar offer was never an open ended arrangement, and Nucore obviously felt that given the time frame of the SP meeting that min/max arrangement possibly being some time off, they chose to use their funds somewhere else.

No big deal really, just commmon sense with mutual agreements and it does not mean that the same deal may not be setup again when the SP recovers...
