Bill Shorten is a very ambitious man. He desperately wants to be PM, I reckon.
Apart from yelling about Abbott trying to destroy the unions the other day, Shorten is being very guarded at the moment.
An ex AWU man, he played a significant part in ousting Rudd. So far he is sticking with Gillard. But maybe he sees himself taking over from her instead of Rudd?
Or will he swing over to Rudd if he is promised the Treasurer's position as well as deputy PM?
