erghh, SSM still has debt of over $50 mil dollars. The $20 mil promised was EBIT.
A PE of 5 which is the most you could value this error and litigation prone company which operates on paper thin margins would mean a value of $100 mil less debt gives you $50 mil.
The company is probably overvalued as is given the continued uncertainty over operations and persistant bad management.
