Today did the same silvertrade. Daughter (Adelaide) booked for her cousins wedding (Cairns) - direct flight Jetstar (no other interstaters coming) - former has a few covid cases with the latter nil. Still a decision today unfortunately not to attend - a login to Jetstar - half an hour a full credit in way of voucher - 12 month expiry.
Amazing and again - all these credits/refunds - and i mean a hell of a lot - will culminate in a massive travel/accommodation/hire car/you name it boost in very quick time - combined with those sitting on sidelines - ready to indulge at the nearest possible time - well the flow will be enormous bringing with it minimal discounts as they will be clearing all the backlog - taking new bookings so profitability will resume quickly.
