In essence, the sulphides deal is defined as:-

A seperate HERON-INCO regional nickel sulphide exploration joint venture......is being finalised.

This Heron-Inco joint venture should not be confused with the "in specie' (future free shares to Heron holders)
in at least two and possibly three spin off's from Heron,
namely Ochre, Balladonia and Regent Resources.
If Heron handles the spin off's in the same manner as in the past (Avoca & Pioneer) then shareholders get free shares in these new company's plus first opportunity to buy shares before the Institutional Public Offering.
