The recent exposes have highlighted poor wage conditions in franchise business like Domino’s, 7 -11s and now rfg. However wage rort is prevalent with a number of other small businesses aka mum and dad shops. This is a systemic problem and not limited to franchising only. Business succeed or fail only on the commercial acumen of the business owners
