I lasted almost 10 years and I did plenty of due diligence what I didn’t take into account was that a change in franchiser would have such a significant affect on costs thank for your advice though.

I guess the significant decrease in Brumbys franchises is a result of all the franchisee with no clue how to run a business.
Franchises buy there nature are meant to be a turn key operation and have support levels to aid franchisees success
In hindsight the best advice is to stay well clear of franchises so you have full control of your business
Franchises don’t allow you to change products without approval so how do you change with time?
