In the above article rfg almost admit that there are underlying problems as they say Fairfax failed to acknowledge the steps the new management team had taken to help support franchisees the main thing they think they have appointed the auditors.
Seems like they have a handle on retail as it’s taking 2 years retail is a fast changing environment and by the time it’s finished it could be out of date
