I don't think anyone, including RFG management, can say with certainty that there is no possibility of a CR (within the the next 2 years). How can you say that this will not occur? How do you know the banks have not requested this as part of extending the loans?

I have seen many stocks in similar situations to RFG, who constantly miss profit guidance and then inevitably the CR comes. I feel that the last profit downgrade will not be the last - probably the start of many to come.
