    Easy to slag off someone's post/calculations and (typically) never include any figures of yr own. Of course (as i've stated) changes need and will be made. Weren't you also saying SELL at $1.70?

    Other thing is 9% gross is tough on franchiseees but reading re other franchise businesses in general... fees and % accruing to franchisor is high everywhere. 8-9% not that unusual.
