I had .38 = .42 cent range, but now im thinking with the action on the sp there may be a premium added to it, to make sure it gets accross the line with share holders having to vote within 28 days and the offer could be closer to .50cents.

Adding a premium would make sense to secure the deal and not waste time. Also to try and stop the chinese steel makers that are on the books trying to make a higher offer for a take over.
