What will the deal be like? Head vs heart

I'm looking to (hopefully) try and start a thread where we discuss (a) what the deal might look like and (b) your "minimum dream scenario. Worst case, best case, give it your best shot, but maybe avoid outlandish extremes (I'd like a $10b upfront sale but that's not going to happen)

Of course we'll know soon enough but if we only dealt with facts on HC there'd be a tenth as many posts.

Snarking, criticisms of management, whinges about share price please put on a different thread.

My worst case: $100m up front, $400m on FDA approval, 10% royalties (I think for a low upfront deal, double digit backend is the norm).

My personal "minimum dream scenario": $300m up front, half paid out to shareholders half for trials. $700m on FDA approval. 10% royalties.
