    Anything less than a 2.4mil fine is a joke. ideally the company should be delisted or at least the doctor banned from running asx listed companies.

    The best outcome would be there he be removed from the board etc and banned from being on the board of a company for a decade.

    If he is removed, i'd consider buying HCT. There would be upside.
