ALL of his rtc savings over the years into 10c pieces ... and watso counted them all .. 125,000 of them..
the fee has to be paid up front - and watso will be paying in 10c pieces ..
watso is self funded and has been too lazy to get the commonwealth seniors card .. watso has no idea if that would have made a difference .. but watso does get the standard medicare rebate ..
for what it is worth, but ever since medicare was introduced, watso has not paid one cent in health insurance
(prior to medicare, watso did have private health insurance) ..
apart from the covid injections, the last time that watso saw a doctor was 4 years ago..
there is no need to visit the doctor - watso just does plenty of cycking, and enjoys good home style pig swill ..
oh and watso has not spent a cent on vehicle costs for maybe 15 years ..
oh - and watso does not smoke and does not do drugs
(but enjoys a bottle of tawny) ..
the bottom line is that watso is only too happy to pay the fee to save his sight (l
ol lol probably could have been done for a fraction of the cost if watso had gone to asia )
things are moving fast .. it was just over two weeks ago that watso made the first move to have his eyes checked - and now first surgery is booked in for just over 2 weeks time and the second eye - a month after that
