    My experience is that companies usually rush to release good news, but hold onto bad news for as long as they can.

    Also, when there is heavy dumping of shares in the weeks leading up to an announcement that usually doesn't bode well.

    The situation is reminding me quite a lot of what happened with PER back in December.

    Hope I'm wrong.
